What’s up – it’s the SculptorCoach, and the following is one of my favorite simple & quick workouts that I’ve put together for people with a busy schedule. The best part about this workout is that you can do it at home, in the hotel while traveling, or in the gym. Check it out:
- 15 – Tricep Dips (or Tricep Close-grip Pushups if you’re at home or no bench is available)
- 15 – Crunches
- 20 – Lunges (10 lunges per leg)
- 40 seconds – Plank
For the optimal result, complete these in 4 Rounds in circuit fashion with minimal rest. All the exercises are common enough that you can find examples of how to implement perfect form on YouTube.
