  • My weight and diets have always been something I have struggled with. Five years ago I found something that became a lifestyle for me. Almost two years ago, I became a mom. I didn’t gain much during that pregnancy but after having her I wanted my “before mom” body back. I did the 30-Day Shredz to do just that – get my body back!

    I told myself, “you can do anything for 30 days.” Because of this, I stuck to a 30 day plan & didn’t cheat once – even with two camping trips! At the end of the plan I lost 6 lbs and 12.5 inches! I feel lighter, more toned, healthy and most of all happy! I’m not yet where I want to be, but thanks to 30-Day Shredz – I’m closer then I once was.

I’m 54 and have been struggling with my weight (especially stubborn belly fat) for the last couple years.   • 30 days ago I started the 30-Day Shredz program with an open mind and a thirst for knowledge for myself. I had seen the amazing results that my friends had received using the program and thought “Why not me?”

    I signed up and went to work! The first couple days seemed pretty easy other than getting used to the weights. Then the muscle soreness kicked in! OMG, I thought I had messed up!

    I kept pushing forward doing what I could when I could (as my body would allow it) and achieved some amazing results. I lost 3.4 pounds, lost 6.1% Body Fat, gained 3.1% muscle, and gained 4 years back on my metabolic age!

    I can tell the difference not only in the way I feel but I can see it in my clothes AND others have been commenting about it as well!
