Here’s a quick little routine to get a sweat on anywhere! All you need is a set of stairs and a soft spot for your tail bone (abs)!

Equipment Needed:
- Stairs
- Heart
- Lungs
10 Rounds:
- 15 Stair Wide Push Ups- (⚠️Careful not to hit your nose on the step! I may have done that once….or so🤕)
- 15 V-Up Ab Crunches- (keep your core pulled in!).
THEN:
- 5-10 min Stair Runs. (Up and Down. Repeat)
