Workout Wednesday – Quick Sweat

This workout is meant to be completed with light weight and quick reps.  Quick, but not sloppy! 🙂

Equipment Needed:

  • Stairs, Bike, Jump Rope
  • Dumbbells

30 Min Cardio Choice: 

  • Pick One OR a combination
    (EX: 15min run, 15min bike) of them that add up to 30 minutes.

– Run, Stair Runs, High Knees, Bike, Sprints (10 sec on/10sec off), Jump Rope (ANY COMBO for 30 mins)

4 Rounds, 15 Reps FAST!:

  • Curls
  • Front Raises
  • Military Press
  • Bent Over Row
  • Skull Crushers

4 Rounds, 15 Reps FAST:

  • Deadlift
  • Jumping Lunges- add weight for a challenge if you’d like:)
  • Squats

4 Rounds, 15 Reps FAST:

  • Bicycles
  • Superman
  • Crunches
