  • My weight and diets have always been something I have struggled with. Five years ago I found something that became a lifestyle for me. Almost two years ago, I became a mom. I didn’t gain much during that pregnancy but after having her I wanted my “before mom” body back. I did the 30-Day Shredz to do just that – get my body back!

  • 30 days ago I started the 30-Day Shredz program with an open mind and a thirst for knowledge for myself. I had seen the amazing results that my friends had received using the program and thought “Why not me?”

    I signed up and went to work! The first couple days seemed pretty easy other than getting used to the weights. Then the muscle soreness kicked in! OMG, I thought I had messed up!
